Resource Planner screen layout
The Resource Planner screen is divided into four main sections:
1. Resources panel: displays the maintenance teams and team members linked to the current planboard.
2. Planboard: displays the time lines of the resources and the work allocated to them.
3. Unplanned panel: lists the work that is waiting to be planned.
Note | All orders that are completed (technically / administratively) or canceled are excluded from this panel, because they no longer require planning. If you have enabled the Multiple work assignments feature, the panel will also show 'active' orders that have Original budgeted hours and Remaining budgeted hours filled in, or whose Planning status field is set to Requires planning even though there are no Remaining budgeted hours left. 4. Allocated panel: part of the licensed Resource allocations feature; this panel lists the work that has been planned within a resource allocation.
