Viewing a resource's details on slide-out panel
With an appropriate license and configuration it is possible to view a resource's details on a separate slide-out panel within Resource Planner.
You can view the details of a resource (tradesperson / engineer / team member) in the list of resources, by clicking on the name.
Precondition: the personnel fields that may be of interest, such as Skill details, Certificate details and so on, must be configured on the relevant Personnel layout.
Procedure
1. In Resource planner, select a resource from the Resources panel.
The Details slide-out panel is displayed, showing information on the selected resource that is available in the Personnel TSI.
2. Click the relevant tabs to view the relevant details, for example the person's availability, skills or certificates.
