Adding reservation units to the Graphical planner

You can add reservation units, such as space units, asset units and flexible workspaces, on the Graphical planner tab. Subsequently, you can add reservations for them.

Procedure

1. Go to Graphical planner > Space units / Asset units / Flexible workspaces.

2. Select the Data view tab.

3. Click Add on the action panel.

4. In the data section, enter data in the relevant fields. For a description of generic reservation unit fields, see Reservation unit fields.

5. Click Save.

You have now added a reservation unit. You can also copy, delete or archive reservation units.
