Working with the Room booking panel
The Room Booking Panel uses color indicators to show room status: Green, Orange, Red or Blue. These colors help quickly identify availability and booking options.

Room comfort
Before booking an available (green) room, you can also check the Room comfort information displayed on the Room booking panel. Room comfort shows up to three live environmental measurements, such as temperature, humidity, or noise level, to help you assess the room's environmental conditions.
Each measurement displays its current value and indicates whether the value is Ideal, High, or Low. A value is Ideal when it is within the configured acceptable range. Values outside the range are indicated as High or Low.
Room comfort statuses |
|---|
Status | Description |
|---|
Ideal | The measurement is within the configured acceptable range. | The configured range is inclusive. Therefore, a measurement that is exactly equal to the minimum or maximum threshold is considered Ideal. |
|
High | The measurement is above the configured acceptable range. |
Low | The measurement is below the configured acceptable range. |
For more information on configuring the environmental information and environmental ranges, see
Kiosks definition fields.
| Room comfort information is displayed only if relevant sensors are connected to the room. |
