After changing the status of a budget to Open, you can no longer directly change the amount at the budget. Changes to the budget must be made via a budget change or via a budget transfer. It is possible to deduct amounts from open budgets via orders and contract lines, and forecasts via Committed and Paid statuses. The following procedures are explained in this section:
