Enabling automatic form printing
If your organization uses Reports , various forms can be created for orders, such as job tickets, request confirmations, internal or external order forms and quotations. These forms are available for end users in the Forms dialog box in Work Orders and Reservations . End users can open the Forms dialog box manually or the Planon administrator can configure that the Forms window is displayed automatically if an order reaches a particular status.
| For more information on creating template forms, see the Reports documentation. For more information on using forms, see the Work Orders documentation. |

5. Select the status for which you want to have the form automatically printed (in this example: Requisition confirmed).
6. Set the Print form option to Yes.
7. In the Mail merge report field, select the correct template form (in this example: Confirmation) from the pick list listing all template forms that correspond to the current status.
8. Click Save.
