Application management : Configuration : Field Definer : User-defined business objects
User-defined business objects
You can create your own business objects, called user-defined business objects. Planon ProCenter will handle these business objects just like any other business object. For any user-defined business object, it is possible to define user-defined statuses (see Creating user statuses).
You can create user-defined business objects based on various system business objects, such as - just to name a few:
Contracts
Assets
Orders
Personnel
*
'Orders' is the only business object for which Planon ProCenter will always use user-defined objects. For other business objects, Planon ProCenter can use either system business objects or user-defined business objects.
An icon indicates whether user-defined business objects can be created and whether a business object is a system business object or a user-defined business object.
