Configuring Service desk for the Web client involves the following steps:
1. Link Service desk to a user group.
2. Link Service desk to a Navigation Panel group.
5. Link the View panel to a Service Desk Edit definition
6. Configure the navigation from Service desk to back-office TSIs.
