Adding observed defects to a survey element

You can add one or more observed defects to a survey element.

Procedure

1. Go to Observations > Observed defects.

2. On the action panel, click Add.

3. Complete the relevant fields in the data section. For a description of these fields, see Observed defects fields.

4. Click Save.

You can add or view relevant communication logs regarding this item, such as documents and photos. For more information on communication logs, see Fundamentals.
