Configuring risk assessments (configured solution)

Planon Live Accelerator includes a pre-configured Health & safety solution with its own TSIs. This chapter describes the old configuration method that was based on a solution extension. New adopters are recommended to use the pre-configured Health & safety solution as configured in Accelerator.
Risk assessments are defined as a picklist. The picklist must be linked to a field on a relevant order type. If a value is entered on the order, the risk assessment will be displayed on the H&S screen of the device.
Procedure
1. Create a Code descriptive picklist for the risk assessment

2. Enable a field on the relevant order types and link this field to the picklist. The field must be of the Freestring type.
3. At PMFS settings, select the field added in step 2 in the Risk assessment field.
4. Configure a picklist with reasons for rejecting the EHS check on the device.
5. At PMFS settings, in the EHS reject reason field (picklist), enter the name of the picklist.
6. It is also possible to send out additional risk assessments. The difference with a normal risk assessment is that additional risks assessments are not pre-defined.
7. Open the Field definer TSI and find the Orders business object.
8. Set the Orders business object to the Under construction status.
9. Set an available free field to In use, set the type to Picklists code descriptive (CodesCodeName), link it to a YES/NO picklist and give it a translated name under Translated business object detail.
10. Set the Orders business object status to Completed.
