Configuring method statements (configured solution)

New adopters are recommended to use the pre-configured Health & safety solution as configured in Accelerator. |
Method statements work the same as risk assessments and are defined as a pick-list. The picklist must be linked to a field on the relevant order type. If a value is entered on the order, the method statement will be displayed on the H&S screen of the device.
Procedure
1. Create a Code descriptive picklist for the method statement.
2. Enable a field on the relevant order types and link this to the picklist. The field must be a free field of the type Freestring.
3. At PMFS settings, select this field in the Method statement field.
