Configuring the Summary page
On the Summary page (Summary page > Work assignment page for PPM orders) you configure the display of the various blocks for Communication logs, Order, Work assignment, Assets, Observations, Meters, Tradesperson's notes, Health & safety, Location, Labor hours, Related orders and Materials on the app.
*
If the user-defined order type that is linked to the sub web definition is not a planned maintenance order, the blocks are displayed directly under the Summary page and also include an additional Assets block, Observations block and SLA block. For web definitions based on a planned maintenance (PPM) order, some blocks must be configured on the Maintenance activity page.
Procedure
1. In Live app > PMFS (Live app) > Work assignments, select the relevant sub web definition.
2. At the bottom panel, select and expand the Summary page.
3. Select the Order block, for example.
4. On the data section's Details fields tab, edit the block settings (Title, Is visible, Position, Icon, No information fields).
5. At the bottom panel, add / delete order fields, or adjust the field sequence.
*
If you add a reference field to a block, be aware that this field might only 'work' when the app user is online, because not all reference fields are supported for offline use. In those cases, users will receive a message that the app can only retrieve data when they are online.
6. On the Field properties tab, edit Field properties as required.
7. Click Save.
8. Successively, select any of the other blocks that are in need of configuration.
See Blocks on the Summary page for more information.
9. Edit the settings and fields of these blocks as required.
See step 4-7 for the general edit options.
*
On the Communication logs block you can enter translated titles for each communication log's micro block on the app: Comments, Images, Documents or No information. The micro blocks will also display a count on the app, to make clear to the user how many comments / images / documents are available.
Proceed with configuring the corresponding details pages, for example: Communication logs details, Work assignment details, Health & safety details, Tradesperson's notes details, Order details, Location details, Labor hours details, Questionnaire details, Meter details, Materials details and (if applicable for the order type) Asset details pages and blocks. Please note that for navigation from Asset details to any asset-related observations, the Observations block and the Mobile observations app module must be made available on the app.
