Adding the 'Number of people' field to the 'Edit Booking' page
In the Space units sub web definition, you can add Number of people field to the Edit Booking page.
Procedure
1. Select the Space units sub web definition.
2. On the bottom panel, select the Edit Booking block and navigate to the Edit fields tab on the data panel.
3. Click Add fields button.
The Add fields ... pop-up appears.
4. Select Number of persons field and click OK.
5. Click Save.
In the Bookings module, Number of people field is displayed on the Edit Booking page.

To prefill the Number of people field automatically, select Yes / No in the Use the 'Maximum number of people' of the reservation unit field.
• If you select Yes: The Number of people field is automatically prefilled with the Maximum number of people value defined for the reservation unit.
• If you select No: The Number of people field remains empty by default. The default setting is Yes.
