Complex and interrelated data, such as Health and safety data, can be linked to an order. In the PMFS app, this specific type of data is displayed across various tabs and should also be available in offline situations.

The tabular Health and safety data sets are downloaded and stored when app users initially open the Work Assignments module or select the Refresh action. The feature is also activated when users:

Besides being complex, Health and safety data is also not unique to a single work order or PPM order, but often shared. Multiple health and safety orders can share the same list of hazards, or the same risk assessment (and their associated questionnaires or communication logs).

To avoid repetitive downloads of the same data and to optimize the app's performance, the Tabular offline data storage feature is automatically applied to tabular data downloads. The feature offers ample download capacity for common health and safety use cases.

Although the download capacity of the feature is generous, maximum volumes apply to downloading individual health and safety data sets. That is why application managers (or other people responsible for configuring Health and safety data sets) should be aware of these restrictions and take them into account when configuring Health and safety data for use on the app.
