Data limits when configuring tabular data sets for downloading
In order to optimize the download process of Health and safety data sets in the Work assignments module, the Tabular offline data storage feature is introduced. See Tabular offline data storage (Health and safety) for the backbround of this feature.
When you configure Health and Safety data for use in the Planon app > Work Assignments module, it is important to be aware that this feature is operational and that certain maximums apply to the data volumes to be downloaded.
In the Health and Safety set-up for the Planon app, this means that a maximum number of 200 Hazard types can be downloaded. This set will restrict the number of underlying, associated data sets that can be downloaded and stored on the app (cascading principle). This includes risk assessments, communication logs for risk assessments, questionnaires & questions, answer options, hazard risk levels, properties, spaces and assets and work-related activity types. Some maximums apply to the overall download capacity, like Communication logs or Questions, others are automatically limited by their parent data set, like Risk assessments or Questionnaires.
