How does Active user licensing work?
1. When logging on to the Planon application and selecting an app (for example,
Mobile apps or
Planon Self-Service), the application will check whether the user is licensed for this product.
2. If this is not the case and an Active User License is available, this license will automatically be linked to this user.
◦ This license will remain available for this user for a minimum retention of 90 days.
◦ If this user again uses the app, the minimum retention period of 90 days starts anew.
◦ If this user does not use the app again, the Active User License is made available again.
