Description
Code
Enter a code for the currency.
Name
Enter a description for the currency.
Symbol
Enter a symbol for the currency.
Number of decimal places
Specify the number of decimal places to be used for the currency. For more information, see Setting the number of decimal places for a currency.
Numerical code
Enter the relevant numeric currency code, for example 978 for Euro, or 840 for US Dollar. Currencies can be represented in the code in two ways: a three-letter alphabetic code and a three-digit numeric code. The most recent edition is ISO 4217:2015. The purpose of ISO 4217:2015 is to establish internationally recognised codes for the representation of currencies. For more information, see .
