Setting a limit to number of results in system reporting
You can set a limit to the number of results (i.e. Maintenance activity definition records) to be included in a system report. The Planon default value is 15,000. You can increase this number as required, after which 15,000 is no longer considered the default value.

Procedure
1. Go to Field definer > Business Objects selection level, select the Base activity definitions business object.
2. On the Status transitions action panel, click Under construction.
3. On the System business objects action panel, click Business objects settings.
The Maintenance activity definition settings dialog box is displayed.
4. Go to the setting Maximum number of results.
5. By default this field is set to 15,000.
6. Set the new maximum, as required.
7. Click Save and Close.
8. Return to the Business objects selection level and on the Status transitions action panel select Completed.
The selected setting is now activated.
