Enabling authorization for a business object

Application management : Configuration : Field Definer : General business object settings : Enabling authorization for a business object

Authorization is switched on in the Authorization TSI. Subsequently you can enable authorization for a business object in Field definer .

Procedure

1. At the Business objects selection level, select the business object that you want to authorize.

2. Set the business object to Under construction. See Setting a business object under construction.

3. On the General tab, set the Is authorized? field to Yes.

4. Click Save.

5. Set the business object to Completed.

You have now enabled authorization for this business object.
