Reservations
Settings related to reservations can be made on the Reservations tab of the Orders settings dialog box.
For a description of these fields, see Reservation settings.
You can link a user-defined work order for catering reservations. When you do this and the dates and times of a reservation is changed, this ensures that the linked catering orders are also changed. Changes made to dates and times are automatically reflected in catering orders in the Reservation wizard.
 | If you have selected a default company calendar in System Settings and you have linked this calendar to a reservation unit, this company calendar will overrule the Planning settings you have made on this tab for reservations. |
 | Note that you can also specify a transition period per reservation unit in the Reservations TSI. • If a transition period is specified for a particular reservation unit in the Reservations TSI (the Transition period in minutes field contains a value in minutes, this value can also be zero), this setting will be applied and not the general setting specified in Field definer . • If no transition period is specified for a reservation unit in the Reservations TSI (the Transition period in minutes field is left empty), the transition period as specified in Field definer will be applied.
