Adding additional clustering criteria for Maintenance Planner
The goal is to select additional criteria by which activities can be clustered in > . These criteria are based on the fields that belong to the Base activity definition business object, system fields and read-only fields excluded.
Procedure
1. Go to Field definer > Business Objects selection level, select the Base activity definitions business object.
2. On the Status transitions action panel, click Under construction.
3. On the System business objects action panel, click Business objects settings.
The Maintenance activity definition settings dialog box is displayed.
4. On the Links action panel, select Fields for clustering.
5. The Fields for clustering dialog box is displayed.
6. From the Available section, select the fields that you want to use as additional criteria for clustering in the Maintenance Planner TSI.
7. Click the right arrow button to transfer these statuses to the In use section.
8. Click OK.
9. Click Save.
10. Click Exit.
11. The Fields selected as optional clustering criteria displays the fields you have selected.
12. Return to the Business objects selection level and on the Status transitions action panel select Completed.
The selected additional criteria for clustering maintenance activities are now available in the Maintenance Planner TSI.
