Connect for Calendars Processing - Synchronization types

The following table provides a description of these various types.

External reservations
Recoverable outbound synchronization failure
There is a problem on processing items level. Delete this faulty entry to resolve the issue.
Outbound synchronization failure
Synchronization from Planon to Outlook failed.
Inbound synchronization failure
Synchronization from Outlook to Planon failed.
Processing items
Create reservation
A reservation is (being) created in Planon.
Create calendar item
A reservation is (being) created in Outlook.
Create occurrence
An occurrence is (being) created after a recurrent reservation was made. The occurrence in this sense is one of the future reservations.
Synchronize occurrence
The occurrence is (being) synchronized. In most cases, this means that changes were made to a reservation, after which the synchronization process is initiated.
