A ‘template’ for creating activity definitions in the Activity planner TSI. Any activities that you need to plan for your building's assets can be scheduled using standard activity definitions and standard assets.

In the Activity planner TSI, a standard activity definition can be 'stand-alone' or included in a Standard service plan, which typically holds multiple related standard activity definitions.

Both standard activity definitions and standard service plans are part of the Activity library. In the Activity planner TSI, the Activity definitions that are based on Standard activity definitions are used to schedule (maintenance) activities and to generate orders, for assets, spaces or properties.
