About Assets Pro
The Assets Pro TSI enables you to register and retrieve data of your building's assets, such as M&E installations, systems, furniture, equipment etc.
You can locate each individual asset and get information on when it needs to be maintained or replaced. Planon also enables you to assign these assets to groups or classifications, which is useful for reporting or filtering.
A special type of assets that can be registered in Assets Pro are building elements, such as walls, roofs, windows, doors etc. Since building elements are functionally different from 'regular' building assets, they belong to a different system type in Planon ProCenter .
Assets Pro integrates asset management data with maintenance and service information in a single hub. This includes information about: planned or predictive maintenance, orders, contracts, health & safety, assessments and observations. The features available in Assets Pro partially overlap with and/or are connected to features in the following TSIs, apps and components:

Planon users who have activated the Service Provider solution mode, will have some service provider specific levels and steps available, for example to support the outsourcing of work to subcontractors.

Assets Pro is the successor of the Assets TSI. It is highly recommended to start using Assets Pro in order to benefit from all the latest features. No actual migration is required to move to the newer TSI.
