Adding standard activity definitions
Standard activity definitions are templates used to create activity definitions for assets, spaces or properties. They can be 'stand-alone' or included in a standard service plan, which is part of the Activity library. Optionally, you can also link the new standard activity definition to a maintenance library and a standard service plan.
Procedure
1. Go to the Activity library TSI > Standard activity definitions selection level.
2. On the action panel, click Add.
3. Enter the required information on the data panel.

To ensure the system applies the standard activity definition when needed, link standard assets to the definition. When you create an asset based on a standard asset, the appropriate activity definitions are automatically generated for that asset.
4. Click Save.

If you create an activity definition based on a standard activity definition (by applying a standard activity definition or scope, or by creating an asset based on a standard asset), any archived standard planning details, standard activity costs, and standard checklist items will be ignored.
