Settings that influence availability
There are two key levels of configuration:
Global sensor usage switch
• Go to Kiosk Settings > PSS Definitions, select a kiosk definition.
• In the data panel, locate the setting: Use sensor data for availability?.
This is the main switch. When set to No, sensor data will not be used to determine availability for the selected Kiosk or Room Booking Panel—regardless of other sensor configurations.
Individual sensor configuration
• Go to Measurement Points > Configuration tab
• Locate the setting: Use for availability?
This allows you to enable or disable individual sensors for availability detection.
