In Planon ProCenter (Work orders TSI), the person to whom a work assignment is assigned is called the Internal tradesperson. Due to different perspectives on people's roles within a work process, these professionals are also referred to by different names in other Planon solutions and products. For example they may be referred to as Field engineer / Site engineer (Planon PMFS apps) or as Resource (Resource Planner). All these labels point to the Internal tradesperson in Work orders.

If you have multiple work assignments linked to an order, you can set one (or more) work assignment as the Key work assignment. As a result, the person assigned to the key work assignment is the main responsible person for the order and only this person can update the order information.
