In Planon ProCenter (Work orders), the person to whom a work assignment is assigned is the Internal tradesperson. In other Planon solutions and products this same person is sometimes referred to as Field engineer (in Planon AppSuite - Field Services) or as Resource (in the Resource Planner). All these labels point to the same person.

If you have multiple work assignments linked to an order, you can set one (or more) work assignment as the Key work assignment. As a result, the person assigned to the key work assignment is the main responsible person for the order and only this person can update the order information.
