Issuing products directly (Orders TSI)
If applicable in your process, you can directly issue requested products from within the Orders TSI. The Direct issue functionality allows you to skip the regular procedure of issuing stock items.
Procedure
1. In the Orders TSI, on the Orders selection level, select the order for which products have been requested via a product requisition.
2. At Order details > Requisition lines, check the requisition line(s) that are related to this order.
Note that the Direct issue field might be set to No. You can bypass this setting via the following step.
3. Select the Issuings selection step.
4. On the action panel, select Direct issue.
The Direct issuing wizard opens.
5. On the Define issue step, you can choose to:
◦ Add issue to an existing order (any type). The selected Order and Distribution point are prefilled by default, but you can edit this field.
Or,
◦ Add issue without an existing order
6. Fill in the data and select Next.
7. At Select products, fill in the product information for direct issuing.
8. Click the Add to list button followed by Next.
9. At Complete order, check the order information and if it is OK, click Next.
10. At Complete new lines, check the details and click Next.
11. At Confirm, do a final check and click Complete.
