If you want the paid rent to also be calculated over the accumulation period, choose Yes.

Based on accumulation period?

Choose Yes if you want to calculate turnover rent based on accumulated turnover. By default, this field is set to No.

Code

Enter a unique code for the turnover profile.

Contract

Displays the contract to which this turnover profile is linked.

Currency

Displays the currency linked to the contract line. All financial data in the settlement uses this currency.

Minimum guaranteed rent?

Set to Yes if a minimum guaranteed rent applies. For more information, see Defining a minimum guaranteed rent.

Name

Enter a name for the turnover profile.

Turnover during accumulation period

Specify the period over which turnover is accumulated before calculating rent, for example every few months, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.

Settlement period

Specify the settlement period. You can choose from the following options:

Start date / End date

Automatically populated by Planon with the start and end dates of the linked contract line.

Start date of accumulation period

Select the date on which accumulation begins. This date must align with the start of a rent period, such as the beginning of a month or quarter.

Start date of regular period

Enter the start date of the regular settlement period.

Trial settlement on open commitments?

Specify whether a trial turnover rent settlement can be performed when financial commitments, such as prepayments, paid rent, or minimum guaranteed rent, are still open. If you select Yes, trial settlements can be performed on open commitments. If you select No, all relevant commitments must be closed before a trial settlement can be performed.
