Set to Yes if a minimum guaranteed rent applies. For more information, see Defining a minimum guaranteed rent.

Enter a name for the turnover profile.

Sales during accumulated period

Specify the period over which sales are accumulated before calculating rent, for example every few months, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.

Settlement period

Specify the settlement period.

Start date / End date

Automatically populated by Planon with the start and end dates of the linked contract line.

Start date of accumulated period

Select the date on which accumulation begins. This date must align with the start of a rent period, such as the beginning of a month or quarter.

Start date of regular period

Enter the start date of the regular settlement period.
