Defining a minimum guaranteed rent
To define a minimum guaranteed rent, follow these steps:
1. In the turnover profile, set the Minimum guaranteed rent? option to Yes . This option can be set per profile.
2. Link the turnover profile to the lease line that is used for (natural) breakpoint calculations and prepayments. Link this lease line to the same contract line group as the one for minimum guaranteed rent in the profile, ensuring it is included in the minimum guaranteed rent calculations.
3. Link the turnover profile to one or more lease lines to define the minimum guaranteed rent. In general, all lease lines linked to the same contract line group as the profile are taken into account for the minimum guaranteed rent calculation. Please note the following:
If the lease line linked to the turnover profile has a rentable unit, all lease lines linked to the same contract line group and the same rentable unit, as well as those without a linked rentable unit, are included in the guaranteed rent calculation.
If the lease line linked to the turnover profile does not have a rentable unit, all lease lines linked to the same contract line group are included in the minimum guaranteed rent calculation.
