You can register a joint WebDAV login name and password for all users who are working within the same Planon property set. These settings will give them access to the file locations on the WebDAV server.

For On-premise, you can configure this in System Settings > WebDAV settings.

In cloud, you don’t have the TSI but can configure this in the Environment Management gadget > Danger zone > Reset WebDAV password. The usernames are predefined and you can only reset the passwords. For more information, see Danger zone.
