Adding an observation to a survey object
The procedure to add an observation to a survey object is as follows:
Procedure
1. Go to Observations.
2. On the action panel, click Add.
3. On the data panel, complete the relevant fields. For a description of these fields, see Observation fields.
4. Click Save.

The observation is now added to a survey object.
