Code

Enter a code for the aggregated score.

Date-time of score

Select a date and time from the date-time picker.

Survey object

Select a survey object to which the aggregated score belongs, from the dialog box available in this field.

Topic

Select a relevant topic from the dialog box available in this field.

Topic level

Select a topic level from the available in this field.

If Aggregated topic ranges have been defined for a topic, the Topic level dialog box will only show those topic levels that are relevant for that specific topic.

Score

Enter the score for the survey observation in this field. The entered score value is looked up in the topic range and the topic level is filled in automatically.
