Non-cyclic maintenance regime
A non-cyclic maintenance regime is linked to an activity definition to ensure that an additional maintenance activity is scheduled for an asset / building element, with the aim to restore its condition to a predefined standard.
Activity definitions with a non-cyclic maintenance regime are aimed at fixing an observed defect in an asset or building element to improve their condition. A non-cyclic maintenance regime can be added to a:
