A set of potential defects occurring in / on assets / building elements.

Defects lists are added and maintained in Supporting data > Defects lists. You can add/register a defect from a defects list to a survey element at Observations > Observed defects. In Supporting data > Asset library you can link a defects list to a standard asset or standard building element.
