Adding facilities categories
You can create as many facilities categories as are required for reservation units.
| To configure facilities for reservation units for the 2nd generation Reservations TSI and for the configuration of Self-Service forms in Reservations wizard, you must use Facilities categories. Facilities categories will provide you with the functionality needed for filtering and searching in those solutions. |
Procedure
To configure facilities categories, proceed as follows:
1. Go to Supporting data and select the Facilities categories TSI.
In a Planon Accelerator environment this TSI is available on the navigation panel under Supporting data .
2. On the action panel, click Add.
3. Enter a Code and Name for the facilities category.
4. Select an appropriate Icon.
5. Click Save.
A facilities category is created.
6. On the action panel, click Link reservations units to link this facility category to one or more reservation units.
