The Facilities categories TSI allows you to configure categories of assets that can be offered as (additional) facilities on reservations, for example on web forms in the Self-Service Reservation wizard or in the Planon app.

Facility categories may include facilities that are offered automatically with the reservation unit (linked by default) and those that can be offered in addition to already linked facilities. If you link asset units to facilities categories in the Reservation units TSI, the assets from these facilities categories can be reserved for the duration of the (main) reservation.
