Adding evaluation periods to a customer contract
On the Service Providers side, contract managers are able to define evaluation periods for customer contract lines. This will enable them to divide the outsourced work per customer in accordance with this customer's financial periods.
Procedure
1. Go to the Customer contracts TSI > Customers and select the relevant customer.
2. At Contracts, select the relevant customer contract.
3. At Service contract lines, select the contract line to which you want to add an evaluation period.
4. Go to Service agreements > Evaluation periods.
5. On the action panel, click Add.
6. Complete the fields in the data panel.

7. Click Save.
