Code

Enter a unique code for the evaluation period.

Name

Enter a unique name to identify the evaluation period.

Contract line

Select the customer contract line (type: SLA amount) to which the subcontractor must refer.

Start date

From the date picker, select the date on which the evaluation period starts.

When adding start and end dates for evaluation periods, be aware that evaluation periods:

• cannot be outside the period of the contract line;

• cannot overlap.

End date

From the date picker, select the date on which the evaluation period ends.
