Defining SSP demand
To specify the demand in headcount/surface area per business unit and period, proceed as follows.
Procedure
1. Start .
2. At Demand, click Add.
3. In the data section, complete the relevant fields.
For more information, refer to SSP demand fields.
4. Click Save.
A new demand has been created.
5. Change the demand’s status to Inquire headcount.
An e-mail with a request to fill in the Space demand form is automatically sent to the BU manager(s) involved.
The responsible BU manager(s) can log on to the web application showing the Space demand form and start completing the form.
