A form, that can be configured with Self-Service (PSS) technology, at ProCenter modules > Web configuration > Space demand form. When published to the relevant navigation group or home page, users can open the form and fill it out. They will be prompted by an e-mail that is sent out automatically, upon the Inquire headcount status transition. The addressees of this e-mail are BU managers who are requested to provide information about the headcount of their business units by returning the completed Space demand form.
