Code

Enter a code for the SSP location. The structure of the code is freely definable, but it is recommended to use a smart code that contains abbreviations for country and/or city.

Name

Enter a name for the SSP location.

SSP project

Enter the name of the corresponding SSP project. If you descended from a project, this field is already populated with the project description.

E-mail template

Contains an e-mail template that is used to automatically send out e-mails upon the status transition Inquire headcount on the Demand selection step. The addressees are BU managers who are requested to provide information about the headcount of their business units (through the Space demand form; refer to the section Defining SSP demand).

The e-mail template has a special format and contains two parameters. These parameters can be omitted or reused any number of times.
