Stock request statuses
When a stock request is created, it is in the Open status.
Before a stock request can be processed for issuing, you must first reserve the requested stock items.
The following the statuses are available for a stock item:
• Open
• Reserved
• Ready to be issued
• Issued
• Rejected
 | The back-office can reject a stock request and specify a rejection reason and date, in the Rejection date-time and Reason for rejection fields. If the same fields are added to the Stock request layout, the entered values are displayed there too. |
