Confirming the issuing of stock items
Stock Managers can confirm the issuing of a requested product, once the product is delivered to the requestor or to the tradesperson / field engineer for whom it was requested.
Go to Stock items > Issuings and click Confirmed on the action panel.
When you confirm the issuing of the stock item, the following actions are carried out:
The issuing date is set to the system date.
The People field is populated with the name of the requestor. If the product issuing is linked to a work order or planned maintenance order, this field remains empty, since the requestor is not necessarily the person picking up the product. It will be picked up by a tradesperson / field engineer.
The stock quantities and Last issue field of related stock items are updated.

At this point, it is no longer possible to add/remove receipt lines or to change the quantity of a receipt line once the receipt has been confirmed.
