Adding communication logs for spaces

Add communication logs - spaces to record communication related to a selected space.

You can add communication logs to record all types of communication related to a space.

Procedure

1. Go to Workspace & space data > Communication logs-spaces.

2. Select the Communication logs selection level and – depending on what type of communication log you want to add, click Add > Communication log or H&S documents or PFMS action or Internal communication or Supplier certificates or Supplier liabilities .

3. Select the Space for which you want to add a communication log.

4. In the data panel, complete the relevant fields.

5. Click Save.

A new communication log is added.
