This field displays the image of the property. You can clear, rotate, upload, or download the original image, or select an image file using the buttons respectively. Click the download icon to download the original image file. Planon supports the following image types: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .tiff, .svg, .bmp, and .ico.

Maximum capacity

Displays the maximum amount of people that can be handled by the property. The value is used in AWM summarized readings to make it possible to compare the real people flow with the expected maximum for a Property.

If Area category of the assigned Space type on Space usage = SERVICE AREA and Charge Back = 2, Proportional to floor area, then Floor service area (space usage) = space usage net area else, Floor service area (space usage) is null.
