Copying SLA cost lines
To easily take over costs that have been already defined earlier.
Procedure
1. In Contracts, select a contract line to which you want to copy contract line costs.
2. Go to SLA scopes & activities > SLA contract line costs and select a contract line.
3. On the action panel, click Copy cost to.
The Copy costs to dialog box appears.
4. From the list, select the relevant contract cost lines and click OK. The new contract line costs are added to the SLA contract line costs list.
