Replanning work on the graphical planner
It is possible to replan work on the graphical planner after it has been assigned to and accepted by the internal tradesperson / field engineer.
Prerequisites: if you use a Planon ProCenter version prior to release L97, the feature switch for Work assignments must be enabled. For more information on Improved features and feature switches, see the System settings documentation.
*
If the feature switch for Work assignments is disabled, moving a work assignment to a different time slot (with the same resource) in the Resource Planner does not count as a 'replanning' scenario.
Procedure
1. Select the work assignment you want to replan.
*
Use the Search bar to find the relevant planned or assigned order. See Searching for Planned or Assigned work on the planboard for more information.
2. Drag it to the correct time slot and resource.
the work assignment is 'cloned'. The status of the original work assignment changes to Stopped. If the original work assignment was an appointment booking, make sure that the customer is consulted about the replanning.
3. Edit any other data of the new work assignment, as required.
4. Change the status to Assigned.
*
If you do not work with multiple work assignments (the corresponding Orders BO setting in Field Definer is disabled), and you replan a work assignment that is 'on hold' (status Stopped), only the newly created work assignment is displayed. The one that was stopped will be hidden, to avoid confusion.
