Assigning multiple work assignments on the planboard
Prerequisite: The Assigned status is available and used in your configuration. You have allocated or planned work on the planboard and want to assign multiple work assignments within a specific period to a specific group of team members.
A transition to the Assigned status sends the work to the team member who will carry out the work. If this person works with Planon AppSuite > My jobs or with Planon Mobile Field Services, the assigned work is sent to the mobile device.
Procedure
1. To set the status to Assigned for multiple work assignments, go the planboard toolbar and click Assign work assignments within a period.
2. In the From date-time field, select the start date of the period.
3. In the Until date-time field, select the end date of the period.
4. Click OK.
The selected work is sent to the mobile devices of the respective field engineers.
