Resource Planner color legend
Colored bars represent an order's work assignment(s) on the Resource Planner planboard. The meaning of the colors is explained below:
Planboard color blue means Planned, Assigned, In progress
All work that is in preparation or in progress. The work assignment status is either Planned, Accepted, Assigned, Travel, Work, Paused or Wait. Each of these statuses have their own symbol within the blue bar.
For example:
Wait: Planboard item with clock symbol means Wait
Travel:Planboard item with blue dot means Travel
Temporary fix: Planboard item with exclamation mark means Temporary fix
Planboard color orange means Stopped
Work assignment status = Stopped; order On hold
Planboard color red means Declined
Work assignment status = Declined
Planboard item with red border means Outside working hours
Outside working hours
Planboard color gray means Unavailability of resource
Unavailability of resource (holidays, illness, training etc.)
Planboard color azure means Temporarily fixed
Work assignment status = Temporarily fixed
Planboard color green means Done
Work assignment status = Done
Planboard item with red underscore means Overlapping work
Overlapping work

The order data of the work on the planboard can be edited by double-clicking a relevant bar and updating the order data or order status in the Order dialog window. A work assignment's status can be edited by right-clicking the bar on the planboard and selecting Edit work assignment.
